Arizona Association of Health Plans (AzAHP) is sending this communication on behalf of the Arizona Workforce Development Coalition (AWFDC), which includes the nine Managed Care Organizations (MCO’s) in Arizona (MCOs - Arizona Complete Health, Banner-University Family Care, Care1st Health Plan, BCBS - Health Choice Arizona, Mercy Care, Molina Health Care, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and the Department of Child Safety - Comprehensive Health Plan).

Hello to our Provider Network!

We are pleased to announce the date for 2024’s Healthcare Network Employee Questionnaire (HNEQ). The HNEQ is a statewide data collection tool used to help the Arizona Network by gathering information, analyzing data, and assessing the current and future needs of the workforce. The results of this process give insight for future funding opportunities, highlights where support is needed, and assists with the prioritization of initiatives/projects across the network.

The AWFDC requires that all contracted Medicaid Providers, under these AHCCCS Provider Types participate in the statewide data collection efforts. These requirements can be found in all of the Health Plan Provider Manuals.

Important Dates

  • HNEQ Submission Window:
    • August 1st, 2024 – September 30th, 2024

If you are contracted with more than one health plan, please be aware that you may receive multiple communications to complete the HNEQ. However, employees are only expected to submit responses once and the collective data will be shared with all health plans.

Have any questions?

  • For more information about the HNEQ, visit the HNEQ page on the AzAHP website.
  • For general questions, please contact workforce@azahp.org to be connected with the WFD Admin(s) for your contracted health plan(s).
